“THE VISION” TAPES CHRISTMAS SPECIAL WITH LIVE STUDIO AUDIENCE OCT. 22
Program to Include Guest Performances, Holiday Recipes, Christmas Traditions, and More
(ATLANTA) Oct. 17, 2024—Award nominated inspirational television talk show “The Vision” will tape its second annual Christmas episode in front of a packed studio audience in Atlanta on Oct. 22. The special will feature guest performances as well as favorite holiday home, food, traditions, and memories.
“The Vision,” currently in its second season, is executive produced by Dr. Alveda King and Destiny Yarbrough. Filmed and aired at WATC TV 57 in Atlanta, the show’s concept is based on Habakkuk 2:2, in which the Lord instructs his prophet to “write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.”
Accordingly, “The Vision” focuses on content related to God’s vision for humanity. The format is informal, featuring five hosts—King, Yarbrough, Ginger Howard, Day Gardner, and Katie Holmes—in a round-table discussion setting. Segments include news, entertainment, and cooking, among others. The 2024 Christmas program will be no different, showcasing a line-up of musical talent, holiday tips, and even a surprise or two.
